1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bdnk ("bdnk", "we", "us", "the Platform") and govern your access to and use of the bdnk website, mobile-accessible interface, and all services offered therein, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and all payment and account management functions.

By accessing the bdnk platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the bdnk platform immediately.

bdnk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the platform. Continued use of bdnk following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the bdnk platform , you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities;
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bdnk for breach of these Terms;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

bdnk employs identity and age verification procedures at account registration and at the point of withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification to bdnk's reasonable satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

Where bdnk has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above, bdnk reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void any outstanding bets, and withhold funds pending investigation. If it is established that a user was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one registered account on the bdnk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bdnk accepts no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• All account information must be truthful and must correspond to your legal identity;
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and to which you have exclusive access;
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes;
• You must nominate a payment method registered in your own name for all deposit and withdrawal transactions;
• Accounts registered in the name of another person, or using payment methods not owned by the registered account holder, will be suspended pending investigation.

bdnk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any proprietary or other interest in the funds held within your bdnk account balance beyond your right to withdraw cleared funds in accordance with these Terms.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdnk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bdnk's customer support immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bdnk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

bdnk reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if we have reason to believe that your account security has been compromised. In such circumstances, access to the account may be temporarily suspended until the security issue is resolved to bdnk's satisfaction.

All activity recorded on your bdnk account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — while your credentials are in use shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified bdnk of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdnk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bdnk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion services are provided or implied.

Supported Deposit Methods: bdnk currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity and age verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdnk account holder;
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000;
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day;
• bdnk does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This condition does not apply to funds deposited following a prior withdrawal of the same funds; in such cases, standard bonus wagering requirements may apply separately. bdnk reserves the right to void any withdrawal request and reverse the associated funds if we determine that the request was made in breach of these Terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bdnk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or product. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant game or betting page and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted and confirmed by the platform. In-play odds may change rapidly; the odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager. bdnk reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events.

Settlement of Bets: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body — for cricket this includes the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), and other recognised international cricket authorities. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the product-specific rules for that event type.

• bdnk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event whose outcome was, or could reasonably be considered to be, known at the time of placement;
• Bets placed in error, or as a result of a manifest error in the displayed odds, may be voided at bdnk's discretion;
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account apply and are published in the relevant product section;
• Winnings are credited to your bdnk account balance following settlement and are available for withdrawal or further wagering immediately thereafter.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games, including live dealer games and RNG-based slot titles, use certified random number generators and operate in accordance with the rules defined by the game studio provider. bdnk does not modify game mechanics or outcomes. Outcomes are determined entirely by the game engine at the time of play.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bdnk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements before they can be converted to real-money funds;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met;
• bdnk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms;
• Where a player withdraws real-money funds while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Participation in any bdnk promotion is voluntary. Players who do not wish to receive a bonus may contact customer support prior to depositing to request that no bonus be applied to their account. Bonus terms and wagering requirements are subject to change; the version in effect at the time of bonus activation shall apply throughout that bonus period.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdnk platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks; identity fraud; impersonation of another person;
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour;
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in place of a human user;
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information that is not in the public domain, or in connection with any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event;
• Money laundering: Using the bdnk platform as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity;
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one bdnk account, whether directly or through a proxy;
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Operating an unauthorised affiliate, agent, or reseller arrangement in connection with the bdnk platform without prior written consent.

bdnk employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts periodic manual reviews of account activity. Where prohibited activity is identified, bdnk may act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdnk platform — including but not limited to the bdnk brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdnk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdnk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any bdnk content without express written permission;
• Use any bdnk trade marks, logos, or brand elements in any context outside the bdnk platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any bdnk software or game engine;
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the bdnk platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content displayed on the bdnk platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Habanero, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bdnk displays this content under valid licence agreements with each provider.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdnk's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their bdnk account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdnk shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind;
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond bdnk's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors;
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdnk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Privacy and Data

bdnk collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the bdnk platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bdnk may collect and use personal data — including identity documents, contact information, financial transaction records, device identifiers, and usage logs — for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age for account registration and withdrawal processing;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions;
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited activities;
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
• Communicating with you about your account, promotions, and platform updates;
• Improving the platform through aggregated, anonymised usage analysis.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdnk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its user community. Access to the platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. We take our duty of care to players seriously and provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts that take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month to prevent uncontrolled loss escalation;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum single-session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session reminders displaying your current session duration and net position;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account with immediate effect; self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

bdnk does not offer credit or allow wagering on credit. All bets must be funded from cleared, deposited funds held in your bdnk account balance. We will never contact you to encourage you to increase your deposit limits or to continue playing beyond your stated limits.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdnk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect user rights, financial obligations, or access to the platform in a significant way — bdnk will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice on the bdnk website.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of existing provisions, or additions of new product-specific rules — may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the bdnk platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining cleared balance.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with principles of general commercial law. In the event of any dispute between you and bdnk arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised in writing with bdnk's customer support team, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, bdnk reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud, and any such application shall not constitute a waiver of the arbitration agreement set out in this section.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the bdnk platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdnk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
